Most withdrawals are processed automatically. On average, the funds reflect in your JazzCash wallet within 5 to 15 minutes. During periods of high traffic, bank verifications can take up to 2 hours.

If your deposit has not credited within 10 minutes, please retrieve your Transaction ID (TID) from your JazzCash/Easypaisa SMS receipt and contact support via ticket. We will manually authorize the ledger credit.

We do not require ID verification for deposits or standard withdrawals. However, to prevent multi-accounting abuse and secure high-value transactions, our security team may request basic verification before processing large payouts.
